Gullvor Elf
Gullvor has extensive experience from past positions at the Legal Office of The Region of Östergötland in Sweden, head of Archives and Records Management Office, head of the Cultural Centre in Nässjö which included being the Head of Art gallery, Exhibitions and Library unit. She also held a position as guest lecturer in Library Management at Stuttgart Media University, Germany. She held a position as university lecturer in Library and Information Science at the University of Borås, the Swedish School of Library and Information Science.
During 2009-2010 Gullvor held a position as guest lecturer in Library Management at Stuttgart Media University, Germany.
In the period, 2012-2015 she held a position as University lecturer in Library and Information Science at the University of Borås, the Swedish School of Library and Information Science.
She also completed an In-depth investigation for joint library systems for the public libraries in Östergötland.
Earlier, Gullvor held the position as Head of Department of Virtual (digital) Library planning in the Municipality of Linköping, Sweden, where she managed the activities, human resources and the budget of the department.
Gullvor holds a University Diploma in Librarianship, BA in Library and Information Science, Information Management, Knowledge Management from University College of Borås, Sweden and a Masters of Social Science (MSSc) in Information and Media Science, Library and Information Science, Communication studies from Linköping University, Linköping (Sweden).
She has been the co-writer of several books:
